SECTION 123(2A)

THE PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE AT CARR LODGE PARK, HORBURY

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Wakefield is considering leasing a small building and area of land extending to circa 65 sq m at Carr Lodge Park, Horbury to the Friends of Horbury’s Parks group.

A copy of the plan indicating the land in question, together with further details, may be inspected on the Wakefield Council website at https://www. wakefield.gov.uk/business/property-for-sale-or-rent and during opening hours at Wakefield One reception desk.

Any person having any objection to the disposal should make such objections in writing by emailing Real Estate Management (pfmservices@ wakefield.gov.uk) and quoting reference: L/00807.

Letters can be sent to Property & Asset

Management, Wakefield One, PO Box 700, Burton Street, Wakefield, WF1 2EB, to be received no later than Friday 14th November 2025 and must give full reasons for the objections.
