THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL (SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2021 (AMENDMENT NO 017) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Buckinghamshire Council had made an Order on 17th October 2025 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Propose to introduce the following:

A copy of the Order, together with all supporting documents may be inspected during normal office hours at ‘Council Access Point (CAP+), Walton Street Offices, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP20 1UA. If you wish to question the validity of this Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to these Orders, you may within six weeks from Friday 17th October 2025, by applying to the High Court.
