What is planned?
The Town and Country Planning (Modification and Discharge of Planning Obligations) Regulations 1992 Notice Under Article 4 - Land off Staithe Road, Martham, Great Yarmouth, NR29 4PY.
In accordance with Article 4, we give notice of the submission of proposals to vary the Section 106 legal agreement relating to planning permission reference 06/23/0507/F
at: Land off Staithe Road, Martham, Great Yarmouth, NR29 4PY.
The amendment to the Section 106 agreement is required to amend the mixture of accommodation within the scheme. This will increase the number of rent dwellings from the current 47 to 54 and reduce the number of shared ownership dwellings from 18 to 11 (remaining at a total of 65 units overall). In addition, changes are proposed to the cascade mechanism to reflect the requirements of the Borough Council.
