Applications which may affect a public right of way to which Part 3 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 (Article 12 (3)):

Formation of improved field access and associated works at Land near Calcott Hall, Llandrinio, SY22 6SJ for Mr Jones – 25/1361/FUL

External and internal alterations including extensions, demolition of outbuildings and erection of detached garage and outbuilding with extension of curtilage at Tynllan, Llanerfyl, SY21 0EG for Tom Harris – 25/1332/FUL

Works affecting Listed Buildings (Article 8):

Installation of freestanding D6 digital display screen at Newtown Railway Station, Newtown, SY16 1BP for Network Rail Ltd – 25/1336/LBC

Internal and external alterations including 2 new external door openings, installation of extractor fans, air source heat pumps, floor insulation and internal wall modifications in connection with the change of use to create 4 new dwellings at Llanwddyn CP School, Abertridwr, Llanwddyn, SY10 0LS for Traing Developments Ltd – 25/1274/LBC
