Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 6 Hydref 2025 ond os oes unigolyn a dramgwyddir gan y gorchymyn yn dymuno cwestiynu ei ddilysrwydd neu ddilysrwydd unrhyw ddarpariaeth sydd ynddo ar y sail nad yw o fewn pwerau’r Ddeddf, neu ar y sail na chydymffurfiwyd ag unrhyw un o ofynion y Ddeddf neu unrhyw reoliad a wneir oddi tano mewn perthynas â chadarnhau’r Gorchymyn, caiff wneud cais i’r Uchel Lys at unrhyw un o’r dibenion hyn o dan Adran 287 o Ddeddf Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref 1990 o fewn chwe wythnos o 17 Hydref 2025, y dyddiad y cyhoeddir y rhybudd cyntaf fel sy’n ofynnol gan baragraff 7 o Atodlen 14 i Ddeddf honno.

The Powys County Council (Part of Public Bridleway 41 in the Community of Meifod) Public Path Diversion Order 2025
On 6th October 2025 Powys County Council confirmed the above Order.
The effect of the order as confirmed is to divert the bridleway at Cefn Du Bach, Meifod SY22 6YF running from OS Grid ref SJ 1582,1061 to SJ 1575,1058 to SJ 1570,1060 to a line running from SJ 1582,1061 to SJ1574,1062 and then to SJ 1570,1060 as shown on the Order map.

The Order comes into force on 6th October 2025 but if a person aggrieved by the order wants to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Act, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order, he or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under Section 287 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 within six weeks from 17th October 2025, the date on which notice is first published as required by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to that Act.
