Diben yr hysbysiad hwn: mae'r hysbysiad hwn yn cynnig y cyfle i gyflwyno sylwadau ar Ddatblygiad o Arwyddocâd Cenedlaethol (DAC) arfaethedig yn uniongyrchol i'r datblygwr cyn i’r cais cynllunio gael ei gyflwyno i Weinidogion Cymru. Bydd ceisiadau cynllunio ar gyfer DAC yn cael cyhoeddusrwydd gan Weinidogion Cymru a’r awdurdod cynllunio lleol perthnasol; ni fydd unrhyw sylwadau a roddir mewn ymateb i'r hysbysiad hwn yn niweidio eich gallu i gyflwyno sylwadau i Weinidogion Cymru am unrhyw gais cynllunio DAC sy'n gysylltiedig â hwn. Dylech nodi y gallai unrhyw sylwadau gael eu cynnwys mewn ffeil gyhoeddus.

Hysbysaf fod Hyb Ynni Gwynt Waun Maenllwyd Cyf yn bwriadu gwneud cais i Weinidogion Cymru am ganiatâd cynllunio mewn perthynas â Datblygiad o Arwyddocâd Cenedlaethol i Adeiladu a gweithredu Hyb Ynni sy'n cynnwys: hyd at 6 tyrbin gwynt a seilwaith ategol; compownd is-orsaf drydanol a seilwaith cysylltiedig, gan gynnwys mast cyfathrebu; traciau mynediad ynghyd â chroesfannau a chyffyrdd cysylltiedig; ceblau tanddaearol; pyllau benthyg ar gyfer adeiladu; cloddwaith a thorri coed er mwyn galluogi; compowndiau adeiladu dros dro; a gwaith/seilwaith ategol cysylltiedig arall.

PUBLICITY AND CONSULTATION BEFORE APPLYING FOR
PLANNING PERMISSION NOTICE UNDER ARTICLES 8 AND 9(2)

Purpose of this notice: this notice provides the opportunity to comment directly to the developer on a proposed Development of National Significance (DNS) prior to the submission of a planning application to the Welsh Ministers. Planning applications for DNS will be publicised by the Welsh Ministers and the relevant local planning authority; any comments provided in response to this notice will not prejudice your ability to make representations to the Welsh Ministers on any related DNS planning application. You should note that any comments submitted may be placed on the public file.

Proposed development at Land at Waun Maenllwyd, approximately 3.5km Southeast of Llanddewi Brefi and 11km Northeast of Lampeter

I give notice that Waun Maenllwyd Wind Energy Hub Ltd is intending to apply to the Welsh Ministers for planning permission in respect of Development of National Significance which is for the Construction and operation of an Energy Hub comprising: up to 6 wind turbines and ancillary infrastructure; electrical substation compound and associated infrastructure including communication mast; access tracks and associated crossings and junctions; underground cabling; construction borrow pits; enabling earthworks and felling; temporary construction compounds; and, other associated ancillary works/infrastructure.
