NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application(s) for planning permission have been made to the Council:
Application Number: 25/0660/OUT Location: Land South Of Daws Heath Road Thundersley SS7 2TA Proposal: Outline planning permission for up to 58 dwellings (50% of which to be provided as affordable homes) together with new vehicular access, parking, public open space, play space, attenuation basins and enhanced landscaping (all matters reserved except access) Applicant: Rainier Developments & Strategic Land Reason for Advertising: Major Application for the purposes of the Order above as amended and Departure from the approved Local Plan currently in force.
