Notice is hereby given that applications have been made to Derbyshire Dales District Council for planning permission/listed building consent in the weeks from 9 October 2025 as follows:

25/00966/LBALT – Proposed new door on the rear elevation, fixing signage to the front elevation, new walls to the ground and first floor. Removal of WC on first floor, removal of wall on second floor. Re-roofing and repairs to existing roof structure – 12 St John Street, Ashbourne (C)(L)
25/00975/FUL – Change of use of outbuilding to associated ancillary accommodation to the dwelling on site and associated refurbishment works and the erection of a replacement car port – The Malthouse, Main Road, Brailsford (C)
25/00990/LBALT – Installation of an ensuite within the principal West Wing bedroom – Brassington Hall, West End, Brassington (C)(L)
25/01004/FUL – Change of use, conversion and extension of the existing agricultural building to form a dwellinghouse – Barn to the West of Thatch Meadow Barn, Ashbourne Road, Brassington (F)
Applications with the suffix F may affect a Footpath
Applications with the suffix C may affect a Conservation Area
Applications with the suffix L may affect the character of a Listed Building
Applications with the suffix S may affect the setting of a Listed Building
The applications may be inspected on-line at www.derbyshiredales.gov.uk. Any person wishing to make representations about any of the applications should do so in writing within 21 days to the Regulatory Services Section, Town Hall, Matlock, DE4 3NN, quoting the relevant application number.
