NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15
Notice of proposed development/works at (a) Salterforth Quarry, Moor Lane, Salterforth. 25/0202/FUL Full: Erection of a shed. A Public Right of Way is adjacent to the proposal. (b) Moss Nook Farm, Spenbrook Road, Newchurch-in-Pendle. 25/0675/FUL Full: Erection of a circular horse walker for private equestrian use. The proposal is adjacent to the Newchurch and Spenbrook Conservation Area. A Public Right of Way is adjacent to the proposal. (c) 33 Carr Road, Nelson. 25/0690/FUL Full: Replacement of existing single glazed timber window frames to white UPVC double glazed window frames to front and rear elevation. The proposal is within the Whitefield Conservation Area. The Council has received these applications and is required to advertise them under the above legislation. Copies of the applications can be inspected during normal office hours at Number One Market Street, Nelson until 14 November 2025. The case officer dealing with these applications is: (a,b,c) Laura Barnes who can be contacted on (01282) 661719. Any representations about these applications should be made either in writing to the Planning Services Manager, Town Hall, Market Street, Nelson, BB9 7LG, so as to arrive not later than 14 November 2025; or, a copy of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website (

www.pendle.gov.uk

under Environment/Planning/View Planning Applications) and comments made online. All comments received will be available for public inspection and will be viewable on the internet along with the application details. However, we will endeavour to prevent signatures, telephone numbers and email addresses from appearing on the comments published on the internet. Decisions are normally made within six to eight weeks (11 to 13 weeks for major planning applications). Details of the decision will not automatically be sent to those that have made comments.
