NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL OF RESERVED MATTERS 
FOLLOWING OUTLINE APPROVAL WHICH WAS ACCOMPANIED BY AN 
ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT
UNDER THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING 
(ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) REGULATIONS 2017
Proposed development at Land South of Pinewood Studios and Alderbourne Farm, Pinewood Road, Iver Heath, Buckinghamshire, SL0 0NH

I give notice that Pinewood South Limited has submitted an application, reference PL/25/2499/DE, for the approval of reserved matters (landscaping) comprising boundary landscaping adjacent to  Pinewood Road submitted pursuant to condition 11 of planning permission PL/22/2657/FA. Details to partially discharge conditions 16, 19, 20, 42 and 46 pursuant to the hybrid permission

The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the  Development Plan in force in the area in which and to which the application relates is situated.
