This application is Major Development, affects the setting of a Grade 2 Listed Building known as

Imperial Buildings High Street, and the character or appearance of Rotherham Town Centre

Conservation Area

RB2025/1355 - Change of use from Nightclub to Theatre/Music Venue  (use class Sui Generis) at Former Amber Lounge Ship Hill Rotherham Town Centre for SME Holdings Ltd
