The following applications have been received by the Council. 
The reason for advertising is indicated at the end of the details of 
the application. The reason abbreviations are LB = Listed Building; 
CA = Conservation Area; PFP = Public right of way 
PL/25/2499/DE Departure from Development Plan, major 
development & affects setting of LB & PFP Land South Of Pinewood Studios, Pinewood Road, Iver HeathApplication for approval of reserved matters (landscaping) comprising boundary landscaping adjacent to Pinewood Road submitted pursuant to condition 11 of planning permission PL/22/2657/FA. Details to partially discharge conditions 16, 19, 20, 42 and 46 pursuant to the hybrid permission.
PL/25/3516/HB  LB 
Old Timbers, Little Sutton Lane, Iver Listed building consent for replacement porch, rendering and altering 2 windows on west elevation and re-painting remaining elevations.
PL/25/3172/FA Major development, LB & PFP 
The Academy – The South Buckinghamshire, Stoke Road, Stoke Poges Proposed Country Park to incorporate general footpaths and associated landscaping (including land re-profiling with importation of soil), new children’s play area, change of use of existing clubhouse building to cafe with associated outdoor toilet block and area for informal overflow car parking (part retrospective).

Badminton House, 38 Marsham Way, Gerrards Cross Variation of condition 7 (approved plans) of planning permission ref: PL/24/3201/FA (Two storey rear extension, single storey side extension to east elevation, 4 rear and 2 side dormers and alterations to main house (amendment to planning permission PL/24/1579/FA)) to allow for amendment to design and scale of front porch (retrospective).

Bradbury House, Windsor End, Beaconsfield Installation of solar photovoltaic panels to east, west and south-facing aspects of existing tiled pitched roof.
PL/25/4351/FA Major Development
Ridgeway Distribution Centre, The Ridgeway, Iver Demolition of all existing units and structures on site and redevelopment of site to provide data centre development comprising data centre building, MV  building, 1 sprinkler water tank and pump building, security hut  substation compound including 2 switchrooms and electrical infrastructure, generator yard with 27 back-up generators, 1 diesel tank and re-fuelling area, water tanks, bin store, perimeter security fencing, car and cycle parking and associated ancillary site infrastructure.

1 Church Row Cottages, Hay Lane, Fulmer. Listed building application for replacement of existing casement leaves and front door like-for-like.
PL/25/3556/HB LB
Maltmas Green, Blacksmiths Lane, Tatling End. Listed building consent for retention of wall-mounted electric vehicle charging outlet on main dwelling. Retention of 2 rooflight openings on south, roof slope of The Lodge and proposed installation of 2 conservation rooflights.

Note there will be no further opportunity to comment on householder applications that go to appeal.
