What is planned?

The Local Planning Authority has received the

Development Affecting a Listed Building, a Building in 
a Conservation Area, Historic Park & Garden or a 
Departure. These applications may be viewed online at 
www.guildford.gov.uk or at Millmead House during 
normal office hours. Representations should be made 
in writing within 21 days of the publication date of this

Listed Building Consent for the replacement of one 
window on the front elevation 25/P/01294 Effingham 
Golf Club Guildford Road, Effingham Provision of 
hard surface to existing overflow car park and 
re-arrangement of existing spaces 25/P/01295 
Effingham Golf Club Guildford Road, Effingham
Expansion of club house terrace to include new paving 
and erection of retractable canopies and associated

Epsom Road, East Clandon Application under 
Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 
(as amended) to remove condition 3 (Biodiversity Net 
Grain) of planning permission 24/P/01247 (allowed at 
appeal, approved on 09/07/2025, for an erection of a 
two storey dwelling with new access, together with 
greenhouse, garage/outbuilding, car parking and 
associated landscaping)
