Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990
(as amended) to remove condition 3 (Biodiversity Net
Grain) of planning permission 24/P/01247 (allowed at
appeal, approved on 09/07/2025, for an erection of a
two storey dwelling with new access, together with
greenhouse, garage/outbuilding, car parking and
associated landscaping)
