What is planned?
THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015
The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:
25/1751/FH - FLAT 44, THE METROPOLE, THE LEAS, FOLKESTONE, CT20 2LU - Replacement of single pane glazing with vacuum double glazing to all existing timber windows
25/1760/FH - BUILDING REAR KENGATE INDUSTRIAL ESTATE 142, DYMCHURCH ROAD, HYTHE - Partial demolition and refurbishment of existing retail buildings to provide 3 units for use within use class E(g)(ii), E(g)(iii) and Use Class B8, including provision of trade counter.
25/1784/FH - ITTINGE FARM, PODLINGE & ITTINGE LANE, ELMSTED, ASHFORD, TN25 5JX - Variation to conditions 2 (approved plans) & 5c (glazed conservatory link) of planning permission Y18/1544/FH to allow for change of access to link and improve visual quality.
25/1791/FH - ITTINGE FARM, PODLINGE & ITTINGE LANE, ELMSTED, ASHFORD, TN25 5JX - Listed Building consent for amendment to existing planning permission Y18/1544/FH for a glazed link between the existing house and the extension and renovation and replacement windows.
25/1826/FH - THREE HILLS SPORTS PARK, CHERITON ROAD, FOLKESTONE - Variation of Conditions 2, 4, 9 and 14 of planning permission Y18/1617/FH to amend the plans for conditions 2 & 4 and allow for the amendment to the wording of conditions 9 and 14

Please always quote the application reference number. Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication. Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.
The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
