What is planned?

Notice is hereby given that the TANDRIDGE DISTRICT
COUNCIL has received the following applications for planning
permission or which affect a listed building, conservation area,
Tree Preservation Order, public footpath/ bridleway or major
development. Details are available at the Council Offices, Oxted
or at www.tandridge.gov.uk/planning Information about viewing/
commenting on applications is available via our automated
telephone service (0300 100 0041) or by visiting the website.
Comments should be made within 24 days of this notice.

Procedure) (England) Order 2015 - notice under article 15, &
planning (listed building & buildings in conservation area)
regulations 1990, & town & country planning (environmental
impact assessment) regulations 2017 - notice under article 25

2025/990 & 2025/1151 (Listed Building Consent) -
Tandridge Priory, Barrow Green Road, Oxted. Removal
of timber barn, shed and trees to allow construction of
outbuilding & cricket nets.
2025/745 - Rook Farm, Rook Lane, Chaldon. Replace
the existing 1960s fireplace & brick smoke canopy in
the lounge with a new wood burning stove. (Listed
Building Consent).
2025/992 - Caterham School, Harestone Valley Road, Caterham. Demolition of existing buildings (gatehouse,
garages and squash court) erection of new 2 storey
Innovation Centre extending to 1,900 sq m GIA and relocation of minibus parking.
2025/926 - Church Farm, Crowhurst Lane, Crowhurst,
Lingfield. Erection of livery shelters, siting of shipping
container, formation of track & hardstanding and installation of floodlights to existing sandschool.
2025/1012 - Dormers Resource Centre, 67 Foxon
Lane, Caterham. Construction of 20 affordable dwellings
facilitated by the provision of access road, vehicle parking, landscaping, reconfiguration of existing vehicular access
onto Foxon Lane & other ancillary development following
demolition of existing former Care Home.
2025/1105 - Lingfield House, East Grinstead Road,
Lingfield. Outline planning application with all matters reserved except access, scale and layout, for the erection
of 82no. dwellings (use class C3), conversion & extension of Lingfield House to provide 18no. apartments with open
space, landscaping, reconfigured vehicular access onto
East Grinstead Road and footway improvement works.
2025/1073 - Edgehill, Succombs Hill, Warlingham.
Variation of Condition 2 (Drawings) of planning permission
ref: 2022/225 (Demolition of the existing dwelling & the
erection of two blocks containing a total of 21 apartments).
To improve the layout of the site.
