Proposal: Up to 115 dwellings with all matters reserved except for access position onto Longwood Lane, comprising a mix of market and affordable dwellings, green infrastructure, and associated facilitating works.
Appellant: Willaim Davis Homes Limited
The inquiry will be held at the Walsall Council House, The Council Chamber, Lichfield Street, Walsall, WS1 1TW and the inquiry will open at 10:00 am on 2nd December 2025 and is currently scheduled 7 sitting days (2nd to 5th and 9th to 11th December 2025.
The inspector appointed to decide the appeal at the inquiry is T Gilbert-Wooldridge BA (Hons) MTP MRTPI IHBC.
