Reference: AVA/2025/0710 Applicant Name: Mrs Katy Falls Address: Land Off, Amber Drive, Langley Mill, Derbyshire, Proposal: Variation of condition 21 (approved plans) of AVA/2018/1056 to replace the approved Wise Living House types with equivalent Keepmoat House types across the development
