NOTICE OF DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE
NORTH NORTHAMPTONSHIRE COUNCIL
LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 (AS AMENDED)
SECTION 123(2A)
PUBLIC OPEN SPACE - TWO PARCELS OF LAND ADJACENT TO HIGH STREET AND WELL STREET, FINEDON.
Notice is hereby given that North Northamptonshire Council proposes to dispose of two independent parcels of land adjacent to High Street and Well Street, Finedon. This is in accordance with the Council’s Community Asset Transfer Policy that will ensure that the area continues to be available for the benefit of the public.
The two parcels comprise of:
1) The smaller parcel comprising of 0.033 hectares (Eastern Section)
2) The larger parcel of land comprising of 0.062 hectares (Western Section)

Any objections to the proposed disposal must be made in writing, stating the grounds of the objection, addressed to Legal Services, Corby Cube, George Street, Corby, Northants, NN17 1QC no later than 5pm on the 4th of November 2025.
