NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council has received applications for:
DM/25/2550 - Change of Use from 6 no self contained flats, 4 x1bed, 2x2
bed (Class C3) to Children's Residential Home (Class C2) for a maximum
of seven children between the ages of 8 and 18, with up to 5 carers working
during the day and up to 3 carers at night.
Hillsborough House, 118 High Street, Hurstpierpoint, West Sussex
Being an application affecting the Setting of a Listed Building within a
Conservation Area
DM/25/2544 - Proposed two storey extension to the rear of the property.
2 Mytten Close, Cuckfield, Haywards Heath, West Sussex RH17 5LN
Being an application affecting the Setting of a Conservation Area
DM/25/2521 - Proposal for allowance for existing iron screen and gates to
be removed and restored and put back. Allowance for new brick wall and
piers to be formed in reclaimed brick to match existing with inclusion of a
delivery box fully recessed into the wall. The Pavilion, Francis Road,
Lindfield, Haywards Heath, West Sussex RH16 2JB
Being premises which are Listed within a Conservation Area
