What is planned?

Submission of Environmental Statement to accompany live Planning Application

In accordance with Part 5 Regulation 20 of The Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017, an Environmental Statement has been submitted by Summix FHS Developments LLP to Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council (Council House, Manor Square, Solihull B91 3QB) to accompany planning application ref: PL/2025/01937/MAODW submitted to Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council on 14th October 2025 for a proposed development at Land South of Norton Lane, Tidbury Green comprising of:

‘Outline planning application comprising up to 850 residential dwellings (Use Class C3), a mixed-use local centre (Flexible Class E/F2), associated car parking, public open space, hard and soft landscaping, SUDS, flood alleviation infrastructure, and highways works, with all matters reserved except for access.’
