22 London Road, SE23 - Conversion of the existing office space (Use Class E(g)(i)) at first, second floor and roof space, to two, self-contained flats (Use Class C3), reinstallation of the basement rear door, change from two commercial units to one commercial unit at ground floor, new shopfront & two rear roof lights (DC/25/141104).
Queens Court Lodge, Taymount Rise, SE23 - Replacement windows and doors (DC/25/141663).
Sydenham Thorpes, Conservation Area
14 Dukesthorpe Road, SE26 - Section 73 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 for a Minor Material Amendment in connection with the planning permission (DC/25/139036) dated 16/04/2025 for the variation of Condition 2, in order to allow: modification of the rear dormer (DC/25/141634).
