What is planned?

Application for A Marine Construction
Licence Under Part 4 of the Marine and
Coastal Access Act 2009.

A Marine Licence application has been made by the Department of Infrastructure to
complete the installation of a Flap Valve on the Outfall of the River Farset in the location
of Donegal Quay (54.60142, -5.921523).
Marine and Fisheries Division DAERA, is the Marine Licensing authority for Northern Ireland,
and controls the deposit of materials from the high water mean spring tide mark out to 12
nautical miles.
