What is planned?

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:

25/1397/HSE/MT: Ridge Cottage, Crossoaks Lane, Ridge, Potters Bar, EN6 3LH. Demolition of conservatory and rear extension, removal of existing roofs, raising of roofs and erection of two storey side and rear extensions with basement level and alterations to the fenestration. Reason: Conservation Area.

25/1372/FUL/JLE: Potters Grange, Barnet Road, Potters Bar, EN6 2SJ. The erection of specialist care accommodation (use class C2) to provide 56 additional en-suite bed spaces to an existing care home, as well as car and cycle parking, and hard and soft landscaping. Reason: Major Development and Departure from the Local Plan.

www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning , at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice or 30 days if relating to an EIA, Departure from the Local Plan or affecting a Public Right of Way.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
