What is planned?

Consultation on Haringey Council’s Draft Local Plan

As part of the process of preparing a New Local Plan, Haringey Council is now consulting on a Draft Local Plan.

The public consultation is being held in accordance with Regulation 18 of The Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 and ends at 5pm on Friday 19 December 2025.

Please let us know if you think the draft policies and proposals are sound and can most effectively address key issues Haringey faces such as fairness, health and wellbeing and climate change. You can also comment on associated documents including an Integrated Impact Assessment Draft Report.

Where are the consultation documents available to view?

The Draft Local Plan and the supporting documentation can be viewed on a dedicated consultation website at https://haringeynewlocalplan.commonplace.is/ or on the council’s main website at www.haringey.gov.uk/newlocalplan

Hard copies are available to view at the Haringey Council offices, Alexandra House, Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR, and at Haringey’s public libraries.

Comments on the Draft Local Plan and supporting documents can be made:
