Newham Local Plan was submitted to the Secretary of State for examination on 18th July 2025. The Secretary of State has appointed William Fieldhouse BA (Hons) MA MRTPI, to carry out the independent examination of the Plan.
Notice is hereby given in accordance with regulation 24 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 (as amended). As part of the independent Examination, the Inspector will hold a number of public hearing sessions which will take place over a total of 12 days between Tuesday 2 December 2025 and Thursday 5 February 2026. Hearing sessions will start at 9.30 am on each sitting day.
