Claydon (CDP), DC/25/04357 Groveberry, Lea Church Lane, Claydon. Conversion of disused barn to a residential dwelling (self-build project), the erection of a cartlodge, new landscaping scheme and revised site access.

Great Finborough (CDP), DC/25/04189 Poplar Farm High Road, Great Finborough IP14 3AL. Erection of 4no dwellings following demolition of existing agricultural buildings.

Mellis (LBC)(CON), DC/25/04331 Hall Farm The Common, Mellis IP23 8EF. Replacement gable end windows.

Needham Market (ALB)(LBC)(CON), DC/25/04016 & DC/25/04018 The Old Town Hall High Street, Needham Market IP6 8AL. Change of use from Beauty salon to hot food takeaway and installation of solar panels to rear. Internal Alterations. Insertion of new internal door, painting of rear windows and chemical cleaning of brickwork.

Needham Market (ALB)(LBC)(CON), DC/25/04343 & DC/25/04344 2 High Street, Needham Market IP6 8AP. Internal works as detailed within the Design and Access Statement to facilitate change of use of office to 1no. dwelling; Construction of an open fronted bin store to rear.

Norton (ALB), DC/25/04101 Arch Farm Woolpit Road, Norton IP31 3LX. Proposed new and replacement windows, PV panels and EV charging point to existing Cartlodge.

Redgrave (CDP)(ALB)(CON) (PROW), DC/25/04318 Land South Of Oak House The Green, Redgrave IP22 1RR. Application for Technical Details Consent - This application relates to Technical Details Consent (TDC) following the granting of Permission in Principle (PIP) issued by Mid Suffolk District Council (ref: DC/22/05936) dated 31st January 2023 for the erection of 1no. dwelling.

Stradbroke (MAJ), DC/25/04283 Barley Brigg Biogas Plant, Barley Brigg Farm, Laxfield Road, Stradbroke IP21 5NQ. Erection of 1no general storage, processing and feedstock storage shed.

Yaxley (CDP), DC/25/04364 Timberhill Hall Lane, Yaxley IP23 8BY. Use of existing annex building as 1no. dwelling.
