Rydym wedi derbyn y ceisiadau canlynol o dan y Deddfau Cynllunio a nodir uchod.

MD – Rhif cais 12/2025/0363 – Tir Ger Bryn Banc, Clawddnewydd, Rhuthun – Datblygu 0.7 ha o dir trwy godi 25 o anheddau (cais amlinellol - pob mater wedi’i gadw).

MD – Rhif cais 45/2025/0410 – Royal Alexandra Hospital, Marine Drive, Y Rhyl - Codi adeilad ysbyty tair llawr, pwynt mynediad newydd wedi’i ddiwygio, ffurfio lle parcio a thirlunio allanol, galluogi gwaith dymchwel, adeilad canolfan ynni newydd, gosod peiriannau, gosod y pum chwistrell a tanciau dwr a gwaith cysylltiedig. Defnydd dros dro o ran o faes parcio gorlif theatr presennol fel cyfanesoddyn adeiladu.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT

The Town & Country Planning Act 1990

The Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012

The Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023

We have received the following applications under the Planning Acts mentioned above.

MD – Application No. 12/2025/0363 – Land adjoining Bryn Banc, Clawddnewydd, Ruthin – Development of 0.7 ha of land by the erection of 25 no. dwellings (outline application – all matters reserved).

MD – Application No. 45/2025/0410 – Royal Alexandra Hospital, Marine Drive, Rhyl – Erection of a three-storey hospital building, amended and new point of access, formation of parking and external landscaping, enabling demolition works, new energy centre building, plant installations, installation of water tanks and sprinkler pumphouse and associated works. Temporary use of part of existing theatre overflow car park as a construction compound.
