in respect of a Scheme for Development affecting the crofts known as Ivy Cottage Croft and Croft Milton

Notice is hereby given that RWE Renewables UK Onshore Wind Limited, c/o Gillespie Macandrew LLP, 5 Atholl Crescent, Edinburgh, EH3 8EJ, with the consent of the landowners, Michael John Flavell, Ivy Cottage Croft, Reay, Thurso and Iain Keith, Croft Milton, Reay, Thurso, as Executor-nominate of the late Margaret Sarah Isobel Keith, who resided latterly at Milton, Reay, Thurso, KW14 7RE, has applied to the Scottish Land Court for consent to carry out oversail to facilitate delivering component parts to the Strathy Wood Wind Farm development near the village of Strathy, as described in the Scheme for Development. The Scheme relates to oversail areas for the purposes of delivering component parts to the Strathy Wood Wind Farm development. The Scheme includes works to be carried out within the following areas: Croft Milton, Reay, and Ivy Cottage Croft, Reay.

The Crofting Commission or any other party having an interest to do so who objects to the Scheme may lodge written objections, including details of the ground or grounds mentioned in section 19A(8) of the Crofters (Scotland) Act 1993, with the Principal Clerk, Parliament House, 11 Parliament Square, Edinburgh, EH1 1RQ, within twenty-eight days from the date of this advertisement. The application and productions may be inspected at (a) the offices of the Scottish Land Court, Parliament House, 11 Parliament Square, Edinburgh, EH1 1RQ, Tel: 0131 271 4360, (b) at the offices of RWE Renewables UK Onshore Wind Limited, care of the address below, or (c) Melvich Post Office, Portskerra, Thurso, KW14 7YL. It should be noted that any further orders of the Court, including the final order, will be intimated only to those persons who have lodged written objections to this public notification, to the applicant and to the Crofting Commission. Copies of any further orders may be obtained from the Principal Clerk of the Scottish Land Court upon request.
