Major development and departure from Development Plan:

NYM/2025/0583, Ladycross Plantation Holiday Park, Lady Cross Plantation Caravan Park, Egton, use of land to the west as caravan site allowing for the relocation of 45 previously approved units (15 permanently sited units and 30 touring pitches) and two additional touring pitches, construction of internal access road, provision of parking, creation of lake and landscaping works.
