Proposal: T13 - Ash (tree 6 in report) - fell and replace with Crab Apple

T18 - Ash (tree 4 in report) - reduction of longest branch to north where over hanging house. Fell and replace with Crab Apple.

T19 - Poplar (tree 3 in report) - fell and replace with Swedish Whitebeam.

Proposal: T583, Poplar: dismantle in sections to near ground level due to longitudinal crack present at base creating instability.

G1001, Elm : scattered group which includes 16 dead elm stems, trees likely to have died from Dutch Elms Disease. Not worthy of retention ; fell all marked stems to near ground level.

Proposal: The kitchen is at the east end of the main dwelling. This will be extended further to the east, though remaining flush with the main house, and will allow us to more easily accommodate our large, multigenerational family. The extension will have a pitched roof, with the same design of tiles as used on the garage, and will not exceed the height of the existing garden wall that forms the boundary of our property and Bridge Street. Walking past our house, along Bridge Street, the kitchen extension will not be visible to members of the public.

Proposal: Proposed new vehicular access over grass verge owned by Devon Highways from property to public C class road
