25/24140/FUL: Proposed residential development and associated works (Full Application) at Land At Hay Road, Talgarth.

The Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas (Procedure and Interest Rate) (Wales) Regulations 2024

Application(s) for internal and/or external alterations to Listed Building(s): 25/24126/LBC: Addition of lock quadrant surfacing under lock gate balance beams on towpath side (top gate) and offside (bottom gate). At towpath side of lock, stone paved surfacing is to be re-laid to incorporate more heel grips (stone upstands) under lock gate balance beam to help with pushing lock gate open and closed and to match other quadrants at the lock side. (Listed Building Consent) at Lock 66, Monmouthshire & Brecon Canal.
