Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at: Land adjacent to the Backwater Channel, 23 West Quay Road, between Twin Sails Bridge Approach and Sunseeker Site

Take notice that application is being made by: London Land (Poole) Limited

For planning permission to: Creation of an area of public quayside, following the implementation of the Strategic Flood Defence works permitted by planning permission APP/24/01215/F, to include an access ramp from the Twin Sails Bridge Approach, paved surfacing, seating, guardrail, street-furniture, landscaping and related works.

Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) Council, Civic Centre, Bourne Avenue, Bournemouth, BH2 6DY Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
