What is planned?
The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.
25F/2687 - 77 Ullet Road (17) Applicant Jess Taylor. Application to use the premises as a 10 bed House of Multiple Occupation (Use Class Sui Generis).
25F/2537 - Wavertree Tennis Centre, 41 Wellington Road (15) Applicant Mike Smith. To erect new 9 court padel tennis facility including ancillary caf233;, retail store, changing rooms and toilets and associated works including solar panels, air source heating and EV charging points, following demolition of outdoor tennis courts
25H/1843 & 25L/1805 - 3 Egerton Street (8) Applicant Richard Ollerhead. To carry out internal and external alterations including replacement of all windows and rear door, install 2 no. rooflights to rear, and install new basement window where existing blocked window opening is.
25F/2526 - Land bounded by Vauxhall Road, Eldonian Way, Canal and vacant land Vauxhall Road/Eldonian Way (5 ) Applicant Westchurch Homes Limited. To erect 67 no. residential dwellings comprising of 47 no. houses and 20 no. apartments with associated works including new infrastructure, parking, EV charging points and landscaping.
25F/2452 – 32 Hope Street (1) Applicant Mr Yangchun Cao. To increase existing 11 bed House of Multiple Occupation to 13 no. bedrooms with associated internal alterations.
25L/2593 – World Museum Liverpool William Brown Street (3) Applicant Ms Sadie Graham, National Museums Liverpool. To carry out repairs to roof and internal repairs to second floor horseshoe gallery including floor and ceiling.

In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
