The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:
The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area: Wigan Lane.
A/25/099426/VARLB Haigh Woodland Park Lodge Wigan Lane Wigan. To vary condition 2 (plans) of Listed Building Consent A/22/93592/LBLA for addition of drawings and supporting statement to describe proposed works to south lodge to form new entrance and partial removal of existing chimney breast Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Wigan Council for Listed Building Consent and which is within a Conservation Area.
The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area: Dicconson CA Extension.
A/25/099646/FULL Millstone Inn 67 - 69 Wigan Lane Wigan WN1 2LF. Addition of fire escape staircase with protective cage and installation of new steel fire door to rear to service living area above existing public house. A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
