Ref: DMPA/2025/1032 (Affects the Setting of a Listed Building & a Conservation Area) The variation of condition no. 2 (amended plans) & condition 3 (outbuildings) of permission ref. DMPA/2023/1527 (relating to change of use from dwelling (C3) to Children's Care Home (C2)) at Doveside Boarding Kennels, Burton Road, Egginton

Ref: DMPA/2025/1230 (Major Development & the Setting of a Listed Building) The variation of condition 2 (approved plans & details) relating to phase 3 West Car Park of the project phasing plan of permission ref. 9/2016/1095 (for construction of new outdoor hub & associated infrastructure including services, access roads (including demolition of section of existing park boundary wall to provide access), car parking, footpaths & drainage along with change of use of little town leys from agricultural land to car parking) at Calke Abbey, Main Street, Ticknall

Ref: DMPA/2025/1252 (Contrary to the Development Plan & Affects a Public Right Of Way) The variation of condition no. 2 of permission ref. DMPA/2024/1328 (approved plans) for proposed demolition of 2 existing dis-used dwellings & other structures & the construction of 5 new homes with associated landscaping & the extension, alteration & competition of 1 partially built dwelling at 36-44 Mount Pleasant Road & Land to the rear, Repton

Applications may be viewed at planning.southderbyshire.gov.uk or during working hours at the Civic Offices, Civic Way, Swadlincote, DE11 0AH. Any comments must be made in writing, quoting the application reference number, within 21 days of the date of the publication of this notice (not including public holidays)

This notice is given in accordance with provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 and/or associated subordinate legislation.
