What is planned?
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.
Waterbutts Cottage And Westland Cottage, Mill Lane, Byfleet, West Byfleet, Surrey. PLAN/2025/0708/ML: Proposed alterations to Waterbutts and Westland Cottages to form a single dwelling house. Erection of porch and alterations to fenestration north-east elevation.
Aldbury, Aviary Road, Pyrford, Woking. PLAN/2025/0788/HD: Erection of attached garage following demolition of the existing detached garage and single storey front porch infill extension. Insertion of rear rooflights and alterations to fenestration.
Coombe Place, Carthouse Lane, Horsell, Woking. PLAN/2025/0767/TS: Erection of a single-storey link extension between the house and the annexe, fenestration changes, alteration to rear roof, removal of one chimney and associated works.
Home Green, Golf Club Road, Woking. PLAN/2025/0729/HD: Section 73 application for variation of condition 02 (approved plans) of planning permission ref: PLAN/2025/0214 dated 21.05.2025 (Erection of a single storey side (north-east elevation) extension, fenestration alterations and porch canopy.) to include matching render to existing south, west and east elevations, flint panels, clear mullion glazing and glazed canopy to north elevation, window amendment to south elevation and reduction in rooflights to extension.
