HEARING

A Hearing is to be held as a public event at;

Tunbridge Wells Borough Council, Town Hall, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN1 1RS,

on Tuesday 9th December 2025 at 10.00 am.

REASON FOR HEARING

Appeal by: Mr & Mrs Gear And Hestia Homes (Cranbrook) Ltd relating to the application to Tunbridge Wells Borough Council for: Erection of 22 no. dwellings with associated access works, tree works, landscaping and parking, following demolition of existing dwelling and outbuildings.

At: Uphill, New Pond Road, Benenden, Cranbrook, Kent, TN17 4EJ

An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold a Hearing on the dates shown above to decide the appeal. The Hearing will be held as an in-person event and run by the Inspector in the normal way.

Anyone wishing to attend the Hearing either in person must make their interest known to Tunbridge Wells Borough Council by email planningappeals@tunbridgewells.gov.uk as soon as possible prior to the Hearing. It would be helpful if you could confirm whether you want to take an active part in the proceedings or anticipate attending just as an observer.
