NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of receipt of the following applications

1) Application for T1 Plane tree, reduce back selective limbs over garden area from approximately 7m to 5m (reducing back 2m) to growth points; T2 Ash tree, reduce back 3 over extended limbs to neighbouring property from approximately 6m to 3m (reducing back 3m) to growth points; T3-T6 Beech trees, reducing back selective limbs to gable end of property and to roof area, clearing back approximately 2m from property structure, subject to Tree Preservation Order No.2 1992 within Church Hill Conservation Area

At The Gatehouse Sackville Road Wilmington (Application Ref. DA/25/01172/TPO).

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of the  Church Hill Conservation Area

2) Application for Listed Building Consent for alterations to stair tower roof, window to south elevation, stone to east elevation, internal ceiling replacement, structural roof repairs, and corbel brickwork repair

At Manor Gatehouse Priory Road Dartford

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, will affect a Grade 2S Listed Building.Application Ref. DA/25/01144/LBC)

3) Conversion of existing NHS Continuing Care Unit (Use Class C2) to an NHS Female Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (Use Class C2A) including installation of external air conditioning plant and enclosure, alterations to elevations to include infilling existing windows/doors, insertion of new windows, new rooflight and erection of fencing around the seclusion garden

At Littlestone Continuing Care Unit Bow Arrow Lane Stone

and the proposal would in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority affect the setting of a Listed Building (Application Ref. No. DA/25/01062/FUL)
