Proposed development at: 65-67 Gloucester Road, Patchway, BS34 5JH (including access lane to rear, accessed from Callicroft Road) Take notice that application is being made by: Price Properties (Bristol) Ltd For planning permission to: Alterations to front elevation and other works to facilitate change of use of existing commercial units to 2 no. small HMOs (Use Class C4).
Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: South Gloucestershire Council (Planning Team, PO Box 208, Bristol BS35 9BP)

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
