Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Notice is given that the following planning applications
have been made:-
25/00931/FUL : Caddick Developments Limited
Cliffe Hill Farm Little Shaw Lane Markfield
Development of a logistics park for storage and distribution
(Class B8), general industry (Class B2), ancillary office
space (Class E) and associated infrastructure.
Which is a Major Development
25/00924/CONDIT : Mr Shaun Condon
Bluebell Cottage Yew Tree Farm Occupation Road
Nailstone
Application to vary condition 3 to planning permission
25/00545/HOU.
Amendments to include a dormer window to the rear
Which is within a Conservation Area

any Public Holidays) of the date of this notice quoting the
reference above. If you are unable to submit comments
online, comments will be accepted in writing to the postal
address below they must also be received within 21 days of
this notice. If your comments are received any later, the
application may have already been determined. If you
comment on this application electronically and provide your
email address; in the event of revised plans that require
re-consultation or an appeal being lodged in the future
further correspondence will be via email.
