Notice is given that the following direction has been
confirmed:-
REMOVAL OF PERMITTED DEVELOPMENT RIGHTS
FOR
Any building operation of the demolition of a building
TO:-
39 Main Street Carlton Leicestershire CV13 0BZ
This was an IMMEDIATE DIRECTION made under
Article 4 (1) and Schedule 3 of the Town and Country
Planning (General Permitted Development) (England)
Order 2015 (as amended) on 16 April 2025.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Direction was
CONFIRMED by Hinckley and Bosworth Borough
Council as the Local Planning Authority on Thursday
09 October 2025.
Date of Site Notice 15 October 2025
This direction specifies that development of the
descriptions set out below should not be carried out
on 39 Main Street, Carlton unless planning permission
is granted on an application made under Part III of the
Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended):
Any building operation consisting of the demolition of a
building comprised within Class B of Part 11 of Schedule
2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted
Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) and not
being development comprised within any other Class.
A copy of the Direction and a copy of a map defining
the building to which it relates can be inspected at the
Council Offices during normal office hours for 21 days
following the publication of this notice (15 October
2025).
