Proposed development at: Units 44, 1, 35 and 43, Yardley Business Park, Miles Gray Road, Basildon, SS14 3GN
Take notice that application is being made by: Universities Superannuation Scheme Ltd
For planning permission to: Partial demolition of Unit 44 and demolition of Units 1, 35, and 43, and the construction of new buildings of 11,015m2 to provide floorspace for a combination of E(g), B2 and B8 uses, with landscaping, dedicated parking and servicing areas, the creation of a new access and alteration of existing accesses onto Miles Gray Road

Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Basildon Borough Council
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
