Notice is hereby given that applications have been made to
Derbyshire Dales District Council for planning permission/listed
building consent in the weeks from 26 September 2025 as follows:
25/00842/FUL – Erection of agricultural storage building for storage
of vintage tractor and farm machinery – Milverton, Main Street,
Longford (C)
25/00929/FUL – Replacement dwelling and garage – Shaw Lane
Farm, Shaw Lane, Marston Montgomery (F)
Applications with the suffix C may affect a Conservation Area
Applications with the suffix F may affect a Footpath
The applications may be inspected on-line at www.derbyshiredales.
gov.uk. Any person wishing to make representations about any
of the applications should do so in writing within 21 days to the
Regulatory Services Section, Town Hall, Matlock, DE4 3NN,
quoting the relevant application number.
