Notice is given that the following planning applications have been made.
Application reference: PL/2025/0001730/OUTM Site address: Land at 27a Westwood Heath Road Proposed development: Outline planning permission with all matters reserved for future determination, save for the means of access via Westwood Heath Road, for the demolition of existing buildings and the erection of Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) of up to 400 bedspaces, site access and highway works, car and cycle parking, green infrastructure and public realm, site drainage and ancillary works Reason: The proposal is classified as a major development.
Application reference: PL/2025/0001922/FULM Site address: Land South East of Shilton Lane and South-South East of Lentons Lane Proposed development: Solar farm development including solar arrays, control buildings and associated infrastructure, internal access roads, landscaping and associated development Reason: The proposal is classified as a major development and may not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
Application reference: PL/2025/0001893/HHA Site address: 20 South Avenue Proposed development: Erection of a rear dormer window to facilitate a loft conversion Reason: The proposed development may impact the character and appearance of a conservation area.
