What is planned?
Derbyshire County Council made the above named Order on 13th February 2025 and confirmed it withoutmodification on 8th May 2025.
The alternative path has been inspected and works required by the provisions of article 2 of the Order were certified as being acceptable to the Authority on 12th August 2025. The Order therefore came into force on 12th August 2025.
