I give notice that Kitewood Estates Limited is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission for the demolition of the vacant building and ancillary outbuildings/ structures, and the construction of 30 no. residential dwellings with associated landscaping, on-site car parking, associated infrastructure and access to/from the A272. The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
