Ref: 67860/APP/2025/2492 198-200 High Street Uxbridge. Proposal:
Refurbishment of shop front including installation of delivery collection point hatch, and the installation of 1 no. internally illuminated fascia signs, 1 no. internally illuminated projecting sign and 2 no. internally illuminated window mounted signs. (Application for Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the Council, affect the character or appearance of Old Ux./Windsor St. Conservation Area)

Proposal: Erection of a wraparound dormer to rear and sides, installation

Conservation Area).
Ref: 15023/APP/2025/2541 37. Grange Road Hayes Proposal: Erection
of single storey side part two storey rear extension. (Application for
Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the Council, affect
the character or appearance of Hayes Village Conservation Area).
Ref: 1131/APP/2025/2465 Chandigrah Summerhouse Lane Harefield.
Proposal: Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans), 3 (Materials),
5 (Access to Flat Roof), 8 (Landscaping), and 9 (Step Free Access)
of appeal decision ref. APP/R5510/W/24/3341154 (Hillingdon Council
ref. 1131/APP/2023/3251) dated 21-02-2025 (Erection of 4 dwellings
following the demolition of the existing equestrian storage buildings
on land adjacent to Chandigrah.) to amend the roof forms from flat
to pitched, amend the choice of materials, and to provide additional
parking provision. The proposed development does not accord with
the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which
the land to which the application relates is situated
