What is planned?
TO THE EXTENT THAT THE LAND HEREIN MENTIONED CONSISTS
OF OR FORMS PART OF OPEN SPACE WITHIN THE MEANING OF
SECTION 122 and 123 OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972.
NOTICE IS GIVEN in accordance with the above statutory provisions
that the County Council of the City and County of Cardiff intends to
appropriate an area of open space comprising approximately 3.835
acres of land at Ball Road, Llanrumney, Cardiff which consists of or
forms part of open space within the meaning of Section 122 (2A) of the
Local Government Act 1972.
NOTICE IS ALSO HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with the above
statutory provisions that the County Council of the City and County of
Cardiff intends to dispose of an area of open space comprising
approximately 3.835 acres of land at Ball Road, Llanrumney, Cardiff
which consists of or forms part of open space within the meaning of
Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972.

Any representations to the above must be made in writing to Ms Eirian
Jones, Strategic Estates Department, Cardiff Council, Courtyard, County
Hall, Cardiff CF10 4UW to arrive on or before 14/11/25.
