NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application(s) have been made to the Flintshire County Council in respect of the above legislation.

FUL/000780/25 – Demolition of dwelling, erection of replacement dwelling, garage and associated works at Iselworth, Abbey Drive, Gronant, Prestatyn. (This development affects the setting of a Listed Building within a Conservation Area).

LBC/000785/25 – Demolish vacant building within the curtilage of Ty Terrig at Terrig House, Chester Street, Mold. (This development affects the setting of a Listed Building within a Conservation Area).

A copy of the application, plans and other documents may be inspected by members of the public until 31st October 2025 on the Council’s website at https://planning.agileapplications.co.uk/flintshire.
