Development Within A Conservation Area

Mr & Mrs Buck - 4 Craven Court, Richmond, North Yorkshire, DL10 4RZ (ref. no. ZD25/00543/FULL) - Full planning permission to replace and enlarge the rear sliding doors, internal alterations and a proposed flagged area to the rear.

Mr & Mrs G Stayman - Serendipity, South Parade, Croft On Tees, Darlington, North Yorkshire, DL2 2SR (ref. no. ZD25/00553/VAR) - Variation to condition 1 attached to planning permission 21/00855/FULL - The approved plans are too big for the applicant, hence the application to reduce the overall length of the new build from 16425mm to 14165mm.

Sir R Dalton - Reading Room, East Hauxwell, Leyburn, North Yorkshire, DL8 5LS (ref. no. ZD25/00548/FULL) - Full planning permission for conversion and extension of the former Reading Rooms, to include new access/parking and the removal of trees within the curtilage of the property.

Mr Jon Richardson - 12 High Green, Catterick Village, Richmond, North Yorkshire, DL10 7LN (ref. no. ZD25/00547/FULL) - Full planning permission to replace a rear conservatory with an L-shaped single-storey extension and replace the existing concrete roof tiles with red clay pantiles.

(ref. no. ZD25/00529/LBC) - Listed building consent for replacement of unsympathetic building materials, conducting repairs and replacing a timber ramp with timber steps.

Mr & Mrs Simpson - Gatherley Moor Farm, Gilling West, Richmond, North Yorkshire,
DL10 5LJ (ref. no. ZD25/00533/LBC) - Listed building consent for the replacement of 5no decayed windows to the front elevation.
